Our core curriculum is based on the Cornerstones Curriculum approach for pupils from Nursery up to KS3 alongside their individual EHCP plans. This enables a thematic approach to learning, ensuring pupils access a well-sequenced, broad and balanced curriculum through programmes of study based on the National Curriculum. 

Each half-term pupils follow a new project through the 4 cornerstones approach: 

  I'm introduced to a theme, giving me a context for learning.

 I'm building new skills & knowledge across a range of subjects.

I'm using and applying my new skills and knowledge to answer a challenge.

I'm sharing my learning with others in a non-formal way. I reflect on my learning.
